Iota Phi Foundation is pleased to announce its Annual Achievement Awards Dinner to recognize local leaders for their contributions to the uplifting of the Greater Pittsburgh Community.  The Foundation is operated by professional African-American men volunteers whose Mission is to improve the quality of life for citizens in the Greater Pittsburgh community. Each member of the Foundation are members of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  The two organizations work together to recognize individuals within the local community whose contributions have made a difference in the lives of others.  Each year the Foundation “presents” these honorees at a black tie (optional) event which includes a program and dinner.  This year the dinner will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the Syria Center located at 1877 Shriners Way, Cheswick, Pa. 15024.

In the past, we honored only five individuals for their demonstrated superior leadership in the areas of Business, Medicine, Education, Community Advocacy and Citizen of the Year.  This year, we are recognizing six additional leaders, organizations and institutions whose contributions to the region deserve particular note and also an “Omega Man of the Year Award” to an undergraduate and graduate chapter fraternity brother who has most notably demonstrated the principles of…Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift!
